Our services

At Accompagner à Grandir, we understand that every child is unique. That's why our therapeutic approach is flexible, caring, and designed to adapt to your child's real needs and your family's reality. Whether in the clinic, daycare, or school, our team is with you every step of the way.

Occupational therapy promotes the overall development and improvement of a person's functional abilities, particularly in children. It can help them overcome specific challenges or amplify their innate skills. This unique approach fosters self-confidence and independence in daily life.

A personalized approach, adapted to each child and each family.

1

In clinic occupational therapy

Clinic sessions take place in a structured therapeutic space, equipped with specialized equipment and designed to provide an optimal environment for individualized assessment and intervention. This setting allows for in-depth work without the distractions of school or daycare settings. Each session is focused on the child's needs, with close monitoring provided by the same therapist, in a calm, predictable space conducive to the development of basic skills.

On-site occupational therapy
Occupational therapy in the home, school, or daycare setting provides direct intervention in a child's daily environment. Occupational therapists collaborate with teachers, support the IEP (Individualized Education Plan), and observe children in their daily activities to promote independence and success in their learning environment. Occupational therapy helps children with academics, social participation, play, and self-care.

Integration Aid

Integration services provide individualized support to children within their educational setting (daycare or school). An integration assistant works directly with the child, in collaboration with the educational team, to facilitate their daily participation. This support is particularly useful for children who have significant motor, behavioral, sensory, or relational challenges. The goal is to consistently implement the strategies recommended by the occupational therapist. This service helps bridge the gap between therapeutic intervention and everyday reality, ensuring continuity and consistency in the support offered to the child.

Workshops for parents and teachers

The workshops provide a space for discussion and learning for parents and education professionals. These interactive meetings are designed to address specific topics related to child development, support strategies at home or in educational settings, as well as collaboration between families and stakeholders. Participants can suggest a topic or choose from relevant themes. The goal is to strengthen the skills of the adults supervising the child, promote coherent interventions, and support the child's overall well-being.
